The seniors and middle school have been going to Cameron pools every Tuesday and Thursday for swimming lessons. We have been going by bus. It has been fun going to Cameron pools. The seniors go to the main pool and the middle school and some of the seniors go to the small pool. One of the swimming lessons we had to wear life jackets and we had to jump into the pool with the life jackets and then float on our backs then swim to another person and make a group of six and make a huddle then everybody had to huddle in one big group then we had to make a big train and then we had one person stand in the middle of three or four people making that person warm by huddling around that person. It was fun during swimming at Cameron pools hope you enjoy reading my blog post.

Talofa Chrystelle! Yes, it has been fun going to Cameron Pools. We have been very lucky to be learning about water safety and working on different swimming skills. What did you find most challenging about swimming? Keep posting blog posts, I look forward to reading more!
ReplyDeleteGreat to see you reading the Syndicate Site Chrystelle and completing old blogs. It is a good explanation of what we were doing at the pools. It was an excellent session with lots of happy students in the water. We hope to finish these session later in the year when schools are open again.

Hi Chrystelle, Cameron pool lessons were lots of fun. I was glad you all got to do some work using life jackets. It was sad that we missed our last two lessons and I hope we can make up the lessons when school goes back. It's great that the pools are heated as it means we can swim at any time of the year.
